Open Reframed and go to Profile → Subscription. Tap "Restore Purchases" — this reconnects your Apple ID purchase to the app automatically.
Where is my data stored?
All your reflections, thought records, and personality data are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. Within the app, you can reset individual areas from the Profile screen.
The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly.
Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at hexp.studios@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
I have an idea for a feature.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Reframed, and tap Cancel Subscription.
