Q: Is Cafe Pomo free to use? A: Yes! Cafe Pomo is free to download and use. Some premium features and backgrounds are available through in-app purchases or by watching ads.

Timer & Sessions

Q: How do I customize my timer duration? A: Tap the settings icon on the main screen to adjust your focus and break durations to match your preferred workflow.

Q: What happens if I close the app during a session? A: Your session progress is saved locally. When you return, you can continue where you left off.

Q: How do streaks work? A: Complete at least one focus session per day to maintain your streak. Your streak resets if you miss a day.

Purchases & Premium

Q: How do I restore my purchases? A: Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Q: I made a purchase but didn't receive it. What do I do? A: First, try restoring purchases. If the issue persists, contact us at humexerience.design@gmail.com with your purchase receipt.

Q: How do I delete my data? A: All your data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove all your data. There is no cloud account to delete.
