**Cafe Pomo** ("the App") is operated by Cafe Pomo ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

## Information We Collect

### Information You Provide
- **Account Preferences:** Timer settings, background selections, theme preferences, and other customization choices you make within the App.

### Information Collected Automatically
- **Usage Data:** Session history (date, duration, session type), streak data, achievement progress, and in-app currency balances. This data is stored locally on your device.
- **Device Information:** Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.
- **Advertising Data:** We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) for more details.
- **Purchase Data:** If you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. See [RevenueCat's Privacy Policy](https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/) for details.

### Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do **not** collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
- We do **not** require account creation or login.
- We do **not** collect location data.
- We do **not** access your camera, microphone, contacts, or other device sensors.

## How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality (timers, streaks, achievements, coins).
- Store your preferences and progress locally on your device.
- Display advertisements (for non-premium users).
- Process in-app purchases and manage subscription entitlements.
- Improve the App's performance and fix bugs.

## Data Storage

Your App data (settings, session history, achievements, coins) is stored **locally on your device** using on-device storage. We do not transmit this data to external servers. If you delete the App, this data will be lost.

## Advertising

Non-premium users may see interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. These ads are rate-limited (no more than one per hour). Premium subscribers do not see ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
- **iOS:** Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- **Android:** Settings > Google > Ads

## Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

## Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:
- **Delete Data:** Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
- **Opt Out of Ads:** Subscribe to Premium to remove all advertisements.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
